SAT Subject Tests

 

Subject Tests measure the level of achievement in particular areas of study.

 

Like SAT's they are scored from 200 to 800.

 

Subject tests only last for an hour, and you can take up to three on one test date.

 

Some colleges require some subject tests. So it is very important that you check your college list and mark any colleges that require these tests so that you remember to register for them. However even if they do not require them, many schools still except them and it could be a helpful way of showcasing your knowledge.

 

 

Helpful Tip: If you take an AP class, like Biology, Chemistry or US History.  Try and take the subject test near the AP exam because your will have already studied for it.
